At Zee's PK, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day refund & exchange policy. You can request an refund & exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an refund & exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Note: For all returns and exchanges, customers must send the parcel back using any courier service of their choice and bear all courier charges themselves.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued via bank transfer only.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
