  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. COD Orders

  • Once a COD order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange courier charges unless otherwise stated.
